Super cool app! Super motivatig and easy to follow/use It would b better if the coaching voice were a bit higher than the music...
This app is great for begginers who wants to start but dont really know where! Great progressing
Did exactly as advertised. Follow the app and youll be running 5k in seven weeks. Im moving on to the 10k!
I think this is a great ap. the map and run stats are great great value i am moving onto the 10 km and hope for a half and full marathon. This is a simple program to follow just hit start and follow along you to can run 5 km
Im new at running and training for my first 5k so this helps me out on the basics
So far it is a great app, we will see wondering what the full version brings.

Some bad moments

You guys show include less ads in the app! It looks like a virus website! Terrible!
Total BS as they lure you into a run, then AFTEER you run, wont show your stats unless you buy the full version. Bait and switch apps like these are giving the genre a bad name. Get another one that says what its going to do. Fully!
Completely unreliable for voice prompts. Who wants to watch their iPhone while theyre running?! And yes: bait and switch, for sure
Not really impressed that the voice reminders do not work to prompt the walk / run. Hate the amount of ads that continually pop up. Might consider purchasing full version if I would be assured the voice instructions would work and if it was on sale.
I liked this app alright until they added McDonalds video ads. Seriously? Promoting junk food to people trying to get fit? I also hate that if I go into another app (music, camera), it shuts down this app and I lose my running stats. Please fix these things!
I used to love this app. I recently came back to it because Im training again and wanted an app that essentially gave me a running coach. Out of the last four times that Ive used it the gps data has been lost twice (50% failure rate). The amount of adds that they continuously slap you across the face with are unbelievable. You have to click through two or three adds every time you have to enter a different screen. This app was once great but the creators have lost sight of what made it so useful.
